Chee-Gong
A vast chinese modality dealing with the study and mastery of the energy
flow in and around the body. My focus is on Grounding the person I work with
then balancing the Five Yin organs, activating the arm and leg channels, and
circulating the three Tan Tiens or energy centers.

Polarity: Polarity therapy is a holistic bodywork approach
to balancing the human energy field and its structural counterpart. Polarity
facilitates the dissolving and releasing of energy blocks and deep-seated
tensions. Techniques include circular pressure on sensitive contact points,
light rhythmic rocking and stretching motions, joint mobilization, and energy
holds. Techniques may be used alone or integrated into a massage session.

Reflexology: A science that deals with the
principles that there are reflexes in the feet and hands relative to
every organ, gland or part of the body. By stimulating these points
with deep compression and a technique used by the thumb and fingers,
reflexology stimulates nerve and blood supply throughout the body,
increases circulation and helps nature to balance and normalize.
A wonderful step in activating the root Chakra.
